Yes, the album perfectly represents the Disco, Sad, and Oldie vibe of Tyler, The Creator’s work with his album IGOR. I also like the roller skates and how fuzzy the cover looks it adds a kind of sad vibe as well as more of a somber vibe as well to the cover.

Yes, the pink of this album cover represents the feel of the album. It also describes the overall vibe of the album.

  • How did your understanding of the album and its context influence your design choices? Discuss the connection between your research, the mood or ideas of the album, and your final design.

My understanding of the album and its context changed my design choices by wanting the abum cover to be more loungy and laid-back. I wanted to give off that vibe throughout the cover. I also wanted to stcik to the time period the album was created by using balck and white photography.

  • Describe the challenges you faced during the photography and design stages of the project. How did you overcome these challenges and what did you learn from the experience?

The challenges I faced when making this project is sometimes I didn’t have exactly what I needed to complete the project and had to completely do something else. I thought of other ideas that would work by listening to the album more.

I would say my design is effective at conveying the album’s message and vibe. I wish I could have improved upon the composure and how it looked.

I received good feedback on my cover. They helped me by having me stick with the more lougy feel for the cover. No I didn’t really disagree with any suggestions that were handed to me.
