For my motion blur shots, I noticed the color guard performers in action. So, my group and I positioned ourselves in front of them to capture the photos. Specifically, I stood in front of the individuals twirling the flags, ensuring their movements would be beautifully blurred. To achieve this effect, I opted for a relatively low shutter speed, approximately around 1/15th of a second. Among the numerous shots, I carefully selected one that stood out as the best. Then we got one of my groups partners to do a back flip for us. I used the same shutter speed I used for the photos of the color guard. After a few shots I carefully picked out 2 that stood out to me the best.

In the subsequent series, I transitioned to time stop photography. While exploring the area, I fell upon a functioning sprinkler. Interested, I approached it closely with the intention of freezing the water in time. After taking multiple shots, I identified one exceptional shot. The subject remained the same friend from the motion blur set, and I successfully captured the back flip in a perfectly suspended moment, its rotation visibly stopped. I even got one last picture of a kid running on the track freezing him in time.
